Submit Incident Report
Please report an incident you have witnessed or been involved in if it:
It is a legal requirement and your duty as a BHPA member to report air incidents.
Fatal or potentially fatal incidents must be reported to the BHPA, Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) and Police imediately.
Serious incidents should be reported to the BHPA as soon as possible and in all cases an incident report should be submitted to the BHPA and EHPU within 48 hours.
Submitting an incident report
All incident reports should be submited via the pan European online incident report form hosted by the EHPU.
Please provide as much information as possible, and use the "Continue" and "Back" buttons at the bottom of the form to move to the next or previous page.
NB. The "Reset" button will clear all data entered.

When you submit an on-line incident report form you automatically grant permission for the information disclosed to be stored electronically and in paper records by the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BHPA) and the European Hang Gliding and Paragliding Union (EHPU) for the purposes of recording and analysing accidents and incidents.
